Responsibilities
- Develop sales pipeline with quarterly revenue projections.
- Ensure religious usage of sales technologies, such as a CRM, correctly.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences. Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
- Develop pricing models and close pricing negotiations. Draft and execute new customer contracts and renewal of existing customer contracts.
- Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue and for one or more sales territories..
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients and onboard new business as per revenue targets.
- Track sales team metrics and share them with company leadership.
- Analyse sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
- Collaborate with the marketing team or agency to develop lead generation plans.
- Coordinate with Global Sales director on smooth sales operations and new business
- Attend trade and industry events and manage domestic partner ecosystem
- Responsible for sales team alignment with company vision and overall sales strategy
- Work with customer success managers to ensure smooth operations and grow existing customer accounts.
- Recruit and hire a sales team for sales functions like pre-sales, pilots etc.
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
Professional Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor.
- Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers.
- Prior experience on Hubspot is a huge plus
- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
- High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
- Capacity to work independently
