Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in the Employee Life Cycle from Recruitment to Exit Plan
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management including maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Nurture a positive working environment and promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Professional Requirements
- Should have worked in a BPO set up in the past preferably.
- Open to travelling to the centers frequently
- Fluent in telugu and kannada
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
