Responsibilities

As we continue to scale our operations, we are currently looking for a DELIVERY MANAGER to supervise and execute the delivery of all of IndiVillage’s ongoing projects. This is a key role in managing change and achieving the company’s strategic goals through efficient project management.

It involves the direct management of a team of 6-7 team/production leads, resourcing planning, driving process and service improvements and improving day-to-day operational efficiency.

1. Responsible for all project deliveries across multiple teams
2. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
3. Plan, schedule and track multiple project timelines and milestones
4. Work with team leads to translate customer requirements into working instructions for delivery (process creation and process efficiencies)
5. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
6. Manage resources to aim for best utilization ratios.
7. Provide detailed management and account performance reports as per an agreed schedule
8. Ensure that quality is maintained as per agreed SLA levels.
9. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
10. Determine and assess the need for additional staff as required and escalate recruitment needs to Operations head.
11. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project/process team.
12. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
13. Conduct project/process post mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Profile Requirements

1. Engineering or Computer Science background.
2. Proven work experience as a technical manager in a high-growth environment
3. Knowledge of Project Management software, tools and methodologies
4. Good presentation skills
5. Excellent English oral and written communication skills
6. Must be proficient in Hindi/Kannada/Telugu. Fluency in all three would be an added bonus.
